The purpose of this website is to empower Veterans and their dependents by helping them learn about and get ALL the benefits and recognition they have earned and are entitled too.

We do NOT encourage or support those who may use the information contained in this website to commit fraud!

Financials

This website was NOT created to generate income! Those who are responsible for the management of this website do NOT draw a salary or other pay from this website!

Any money received through donations will be used ONLY to cover the operating costs associated with this website!

Once there is enough money to cover the current AND next fiscal year’s expenses, the website will NO longer accept donations. We only begin accepting money again when coming into a new fiscal year. In short, we are ensuring that the next year is covered but not allowing the site to sit on excess money.

As we have secured funding to cover this and the next year, we are NOT accepting donations at this time! Thanks to everyone who has generously donated!

    • Simply said, it is because when most people think of a website they think ".com".

    • After much thought; for how much the site costs to operate - it just does not make sense to go through the extra regulatory hoops that come with the destination of a non-profit.

    • Making the Knowledge Base is a passion project and a hobby first and foremost. Making it into a 'job' or money making project would make us lose interest or corrupt our mission.

      • If people want to donate to help off-set the cost of running things we appreciate it. But if not, we will saddle the costs alone.

    • Yes, but stop talking to my doctors please.

    • We don’t want to get bogged down holding large amounts of cash on hand. While we do deeply appreciate your desire to help, we would rather you spend your money than have us hold it to be spent 3+ years later or what have you.

    • The fiscal year runs from September to August.

    • We do not have any sponsorships and we are not interested in any. Our funding is purely through individual donations.
